The Tadmarton Park Residents Association was formed in June 2002.
(a) To promote the exercise of members' rights and the maintenance of their environment and amenities.
(b) To represent the interests of members within the local community and with the Local Authorities, the builders, the Management company, Freeholders, Leaseholders and suppliers of goods and services.
A Chairman and Committee are elected in June each year at the Annual General Meeting. Within that committee, a small sub-committee has been formed to deal with Estate matters, and particularly maintenance issues.
The estate contains some 54 freehold houses and bungalows and leasehold apartments of which most are paid up members of the Association.
The properties are individually designed using attractive materials in keeping with the natural beauty of the area.
A requirement of ownership is that the owner ( or at least one of the owners if there are more than one) is aged 55 or over.
